Colour: Cherry background and cherry layer. Bright colours that represent the grape varieties.

Nose: Very good intensity, with perfectly integrated oak. The red fruit stands out overall, with the cherry as the central axis.

Palate: It is voluminous and full. A very elegant and fresh wine. It is very long. It lasts for a long time and has a very important retronasal route.

Grape varieties: 85% Tempranillo, 9% Graciano and 6% Garnacha.

Vineyard: Bush vines older than 30 years, mostly in Haro and its surroundings. Average yields 1,5 kg. per vine.

Production: Alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats equipped with temperature control, followed by a malolactic fermentation in French oak barrrel.

Ageing: 14 months in French oak barrels (40% brand new and 60% second-use) and 30 months in bottle prior to its release.

Stabilization: Completely natural methods, clarification using only egg whites.

Bodegas Roda I Reserva 2015

Colour: Intense high layer with cherry background.

Nose: Very intense and deep, with very well integrated and high-quality oak.

Black fruits appear. Ripe and fresh plum predominates. Chocolate notes and tobacco leafs memories. It has a mineral character that highlights the smell of the earth, mixed with aromas of aromatic plants.

Palate: It is voluminous and full, with very fine and noble tannins. The fruity sensation is marked by the memory of well-ripened black fruits and plum above all. Very wide in the mouth and long at the same time, wrapped in a great balance. Friendly and tasty, with a lot of flavour, complex, elegant and long. 

Grape varieties: 97% Tempranillo and 3% Graciano

Vineyard: Bush vines over 30 years old, yields limited to 1,5 kgs per vine

Fermentation: In French oak vats, with controlled temperature.

Ageing: In 50% brand new and 50% second use, French oak barrels. 16 months in barrels and 20 months cellaring in bottle.

Stabilization: Completely natural methods, clarification using only egg whites.

Colour: Great layer, deep, almost impenetrable.

Nose: Intense, complex. Enigmatic: smoke, moist earth. Small black fruits and some red, even flowers.

Palate: Powerful, voluminous, delicate, with very fine tannin, a true caress to the palate.

Licorice, chocolate, mint, like an exquisite candy filled with freshness.It is long, almost immense and the freshness of the fruit remains in the aftertaste.The contribution of Graciano is patent but it is perfectly integrated with the Tempranillo.The wine is huge but never excessive. Voluminous but aerial. Wide and at the same time long.A large wine of an extraordinary vintage.

Grape varieties: 89% Tempranillo and 11% Graciano

Vineyard: Selected bunches from different plots. Applied methods from own research and development on polymerisation of tannins and anthocyanins.

Fermentation: In French oak vats, with controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.

Ageing: During 8 months in 100% brand new French oak barrels.

Stabilization: Completely natural methods, clarification with egg whites.
